This guide shows how to run the AdBlue Limit Counter Reset using the OBD module, step by step—from required prep to the exact ignition sequence. You’ll also learn how to read the LED status patterns, what to do if “Remaining Starts” doesn’t clear, and when to send the LOGFILE for support.
Prior to beginning the module installation, it is highly recommended that you carefully read through these instructions multiple times. Doing so will ensure a thorough understanding of the process and help you avoid any unnecessary mistakes.
Your package includes the following item:
Before proceeding with the module installation, you must complete the following REQUIRED step:
Fill DEF to 100%. If your tank is around 70–90%, top it off to full. Do not overfill to the neck. If it’s overfilled, the ultrasonic level sensor can read incorrectly.
You will need to insert the module into the OBD2 port.
The module has a small opening with an LED indicator. After plugging the module into the OBD2 port, the LED will light up green and begin blinking.
You must monitor the LED during this process. Once the LED stops blinking (which can take 2–4 minutes, depending on the microSD card), the script installation will be complete. You can then remove the module and proceed with the next step.
If the LED flashes twice or three times and does not stop, the installation is unsuccessful. Remove the module and send the LOGFILE.LOG stored on the microSD card. You will need a computer and SD card reader to access the file. You can send it via email, WhatsApp, or another method.
