AdBlue error
DEF error
DPF error
EGR error

DEF (AdBlue)– Diesel Exhaust Fluid: If the wrong type of DEF fluid is put into the vehicle or the fluid becomes contaminated or Nox sensors malfunctioned etc, the selective catalytic reduction scheme will set a warning with mileage countdown.
Once this countdown reaches «0 miles left» the car will no longer start. You can generally reset the counter several times and get more miles but you still will be forced to replace parts.
With our service you are removing the selective catalytic reduction so the car can start again. At this point the NOx sensors are also disabled automatically and the DEF fluid will no longer be sprayed in the exhaust.
EGR — Exhaust Gas Recirculation: The EGR valve in the engine reduces Nitrous Oxide output by recirculating some of the exhaust gas through the valve and back into the engine.
Once we delete the EGR from the ECU the valve will no longer function and will be blocked off.
Once this is done, no more exhaust gas will be recirculated through the engine which reduces wear on the engine in the long term.
Swirl Flaps: The swirl flaps are small butterfly valves that improve the air-fuel mixing process in the cylinder. These valves can become clogged up over time with residue and stop functioning properly. These can be removed to avoid any problems in the future.
DPF – Diesel Particulate Filter: The DPF is a filter in the engine that filters exhaust smoke with a fine screen.
This gets clogged over time preventing proper exhaust flow.
Removing this component and replacing that section of the exhaust with a downpipe will ensure proper exhaust flow.
SCR total delete – no longer necessary to repair the SCR system and refill the AdBlue fluid
Removes Check Engine error
Removes 0 Remaining Starts error
Removes Starts idle error
Removes Check AdBlue error
Ability to roll back to factory settings
Maintains the dealer warranty
Easy pass emissions test ability
We suggest deleting all of the following components together (SCR, EGR, Flaps and DPF) as all of these elements work together as one system
Disables SCR (DEF) system on equipped vehicles
Disables Swirl Flaps in the intake manifold
Optionally disables Diesel Particulate Filter
Disables EGR valve
Ability to roll back to factory settings
Maintains the dealer warranty
Easy pass emissions test ability
Temporary solution – start the engine and drive to workshop without limitations but the SCR still needs to be repaired
Ability to reset engine starts
counter as many times as needed
SCR system continues to work
Absolutely legal
Maintains the dealer warranty
