By placing an order with OBDTune, you agree to this Shipping Policy.
Most orders are prepared and shipped within 2 business days. Delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on the carrier, destination, and customs clearance.
For international shipments, the customer is responsible for duties, taxes, and import fees. If customs or the carrier requests additional shipment information, OBDTune will reasonably assist with available documents and order details.
Orders are processed after payment is received and accepted.
Most orders are prepared and shipped within 2 business days, unless otherwise stated on the product page, during checkout, or in direct communication with OBDTune.
Processing may take longer if:
An order is not considered shipped until it has been handed to the shipping carrier.
OBDTune may ship products internationally, depending on product availability, carrier availability, destination country, import rules, and shipping restrictions.
We may refuse, cancel, or delay shipment if delivery is not possible, lawful, or commercially reasonable.
The customer is responsible for providing a complete, accurate, and deliverable shipping address.
OBDTune is not responsible for delays, failed delivery, return-to-sender events, lost packages, or additional costs caused by:
If the customer notices an address mistake, the customer must contact OBDTune as soon as possible. We can only update the shipping address before the order is shipped.
Delivery times are estimates only and are not guaranteed.
Shipping delays may occur due to carrier issues, customs clearance, weather, holidays, remote locations, local delivery conditions, incorrect address details, import checks, or other factors outside our control.
When tracking is available, OBDTune will provide a tracking number or tracking link after the order is shipped.
Tracking updates are provided by the shipping carrier. OBDTune is not responsible for delayed, inaccurate, missing, or interrupted carrier tracking updates.
A package may be considered delivered when carrier tracking shows that it has been delivered, picked up, released to an authorized person, placed in a mailbox, left at the delivery location, or otherwise marked as delivered by the carrier.
OBDTune is not responsible for packages marked as delivered by the carrier but later reported as missing, stolen, misplaced, or not received, unless applicable law requires otherwise.
The customer is responsible for providing a secure delivery location.
For international orders, the customer is responsible for all customs duties, import taxes, VAT, brokerage fees, carrier fees, customs clearance charges, government charges, and any other fees required by the destination country or shipping carrier.
These charges are not included in the product price or shipping price unless expressly stated otherwise.
Failure to pay duties, taxes, VAT, or customs fees may cause delivery delays, package holds, return-to-sender events, or refusal of entry.
Customs clearance may take additional time and is outside OBDTune’s control.
If the carrier or customs authorities request additional shipment, product, invoice, or order information, OBDTune will reasonably assist by providing available information or documentation needed for customs clearance.
The customer is responsible for cooperating with the carrier, customs authorities, and OBDTune to resolve customs or import issues. This may include responding to carrier or customs requests, confirming recipient or importer information, or paying required duties, taxes, VAT, or fees.
OBDTune is not responsible for customs clearance timeframes, customs delays, import restrictions, seizure, refusal of entry, duties, taxes, brokerage fees, carrier fees, government charges, or decisions made by customs authorities, carriers, brokers, or government agencies.
If a package is returned to OBDTune due to customs, import restrictions, failed delivery, incorrect address, unpaid duties, missing information, refusal of delivery, or other delivery problems, OBDTune will review the case after the return is confirmed.
If the package is returned to OBDTune, we may send a replacement after the return is confirmed.
Replacement shipment may depend on:
OBDTune may refuse a replacement shipment if the package cannot be legally or reasonably shipped to the destination, if the customer refuses to cooperate, or if repeated delivery problems occur.
If a package is delayed, lost, returned, or marked undeliverable because the customer provided an incorrect or incomplete address, OBDTune is not responsible for the delay or delivery failure.
If the package is returned to OBDTune, we may send a replacement after the return is confirmed and after the customer provides a corrected shipping address. Additional shipping costs may apply unless OBDTune decides otherwise.
Refusing delivery, failing to pay required duties or taxes, or failing to provide requested customs information does not automatically create a right to a refund.
Refund eligibility is governed by our Refund Policy.
If a package appears to be lost or damaged during shipping, the customer should contact OBDTune as soon as possible and provide available tracking information, photos, carrier notices, or other relevant evidence.
If the package is confirmed lost or damaged by the carrier, OBDTune may, at its discretion, send a replacement, assist with a carrier claim, or offer another reasonable solution depending on the circumstances.

If there is a conflict between this Shipping Policy and the Terms of Use, the Terms of Use will apply unless applicable law requires otherwise.
