«What do you mean, the ecological system? So, I can drive with a check engine light, a rough engine, a jerky transmission, and flat tires, but I can’t drive with a malfunctioning eco system? Is this a joke?»

No, it’s not a joke. If the AdBlue system fails, the control unit allows for 800km (or 10 engine starts), and then it blocks the engine from starting. Why? Because it’s not permissible to drive a vehicle with a non-functioning eco system.

Moreover, this system is Euro 6 (Tier 3), while in some regions, Euro 5 (Tier 2) is legally allowed. But the control unit doesn’t know this, so after 800km (or 10 starts), the engine won’t start.

AdBlue is an ecological system that is “fed” with urea (you need to monitor the level and refill it), and it’s completely unpredictable. It can fail during the break-in period or last hundreds of thousands of kilometers, and there is no way to predict the problem in advance.
WHAT CAN BREAK?
The system consists of approximately 40 components, so there are many variations of what exactly can break.
WHAT TO DO?
Wait until it breaks and then come to us for removal and disabling.

We also offer a device that helps bypass the limits, allowing you to drive to the service station without a tow truck or wait calmly until we disable the system remotely.
HOW DOES THIS SYSTEM WORK?
In simple terms, a separate control unit commands a separate injector, which injects urea (from a separate tank) in a controlled manner into the exhaust gas system, all for the purpose of reducing nitrogen oxides (NOx) emissions.
DOES IT HARM THE ENGINE OR ANYTHING ELSE?
Absolutely not.
WHY DO YOU RECOMMEND REMOVAL INSTEAD OF REPAIR?
Usually, repair is more expensive than removal, and there are no guarantees that it won’t break again.
