SCR System (AdBlue / DEF)

The SCR system reduces emissions using AdBlue fluid, but it’s prone to NOx sensor failures, frozen DEF lines, and excessive fluid consumption. Common symptoms include dashboard warnings, start limitations, and increased maintenance costs.

EGR (Exhaust Gas Recirculation)

The EGR valve recirculates exhaust gases back into the engine but often becomes clogged with carbon deposits. This can lead to rough idle, reduced power, and frequent check engine lights.

DPF (Diesel Particulate Filter)

The DPF captures soot from the exhaust but can clog over time, especially in vehicles used for short trips. As a result, drivers may experience frequent regenerations, limp mode, and “DPF Full” warnings.

EKAS (Swirl Flap System)

EKAS manages airflow using swirl flaps inside the intake manifold, which may get stuck or fail electronically. Common issues include poor throttle response, increased fuel consumption, and intake flap fault codes.

There is a diagnostic connector in every car and access to it is simple and convenient. You simply have to insert our module into this slot.

Optional DPF Deactivation Coding

This coding allows you to deactivate the DPF monitoring and regeneration functions when physical removal becomes necessary.

We recommend using this option only if the DPF is fully clogged and repair or replacement is no longer practical. There is no advantage to applying it early, so it’s best to wait until the system begins to fail.
